As the Superintendent, your responsibilities include overseeing shift complaints, ensuring effective utilization of the ERP maintenance module, monitoring and controlling repeated faults, maintaining downtime records in ERP, and ensuring compliance with safety instructions and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). Additionally, you will be involved in the maintenance of ISO documents and conducting daily Toolbox talks to uphold safety standards.
