ZAITOON is in search of a dynamic individual to fill the role of Billing & Events Manager. The selected candidate will assume the position of Marketing Billing Officer, bringing strong Accounting & Financial skills to the team. Key responsibilities include overseeing the billing processes within the Marketing department, including sending invoices and account updates to clients, as well as receiving, sorting, and tracking incoming/outgoing payments. This individual will play a pivotal role in addressing and resolving queries related to invoices and will be responsible for providing regular, accurate reports of billing data to the Account and Audit department. Serving as a crucial link between Marketing and Finance, this position demands excellent accounting skills and hands-on experience in maintaining marketing accounts and billing.
This full-time Accounting/Finance role, open to all genders, requires candidates to have a minimum Bachelor's degree and hands-on experience in maintaining marketing accounts and billing, coupled with excellent accounting skills.
