Officer Accounts Payable | US & Dynamo Mills (Private) Limited

 Fabrics Vertical, a part of the US & DYNAMO group, is inviting dynamic individuals to join their finance team as an Officer Accounts Payable. In this role, the selected candidate will be entrusted with various responsibilities related to accounts payable processes. This includes conducting periodic reviews and validation of all Suppliers’ Master data, processing suppliers’ invoices, ensuring timely payments according to due dates, reconciling suppliers’ ledgers, resolving discrepancies, and coordinating with the Supply Chain department for the settlement of open advances. Additionally, the Officer Accounts Payable will be responsible for establishing a list of accrued expenses and ensuring the timely accounting of all expenses. A key aspect of the role involves active participation in the Period-End Payables Closing and Reporting processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in financial operations.

To qualify for this position, candidates should hold a degree in B.COM, M.COM, or BSc. in Accounting & Finance, and possess 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in Accounts Payable. This full-time opportunity is open to candidates of any gender and is based in 230-231, Sundar Industrial Estate, Lahore – Pakistan.
