The ideal candidate for this role should possess an MBA/M.Com/CA inter qualification with completed Articles and have a minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience in Internal Audit within the Micro-Finance industry. The position involves conducting thorough scrutiny of microfinance program records, focusing on financial and HR aspects at the field, area, and regional levels. Key responsibilities include client follow-up, assessing workload distribution, overseeing field activities, checking loan application forms, conducting financial reconciliation, ensuring human resources and IT compliance, and handling other assigned tasks.
