In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the dispensing operations, including meeting the weekly requirements from all areas of production. Your duties will involve performing dispensing activities for oral products and sterile products, ensuring the implementation of all SOPs, training new staff members, and conducting refresher courses. To be eligible for this position, candidates should have a Pharm-D degree, possess 2-3 years of experience in the dispensing section of the pharmaceutical industry, demonstrate strong time management skills, and have a solution-oriented mindset.
