In this pivotal role, the selected candidate will be responsible for managing the After Sales operations of the company's outlets, ensuring compliance with Company SOPs/Policies, overseeing 35 After-Sales operations, maintaining standards, and developing the skills of the team at the dealerships. This role also involves being the primary contact for Service, Spare Parts, and Customer Relations, handling critical customer complaints, providing diagnostics, on-the-job training, and driving operational improvements.
